With the introduction of the Design Studio, new concepts have been added to Voyado Engage. To support these concepts in BI Export, additional export files have been introduced. The new concepts are:
A Sendout is created and scheduled via the Sendout Builder in Design Studio. It represents a distributed email campaign that connects one overarching sendout to multiple markets and languages, including localized variants.For details, see Introduction to the sendout builder in the Help Center.
Marketing Groups segment contacts by market (country, region and, optionally, language). Although a contact may belong to several groups, only one group is chosen per contact for sendout purposes using a priority system.For details, see Introduction to marketing groups in the Help Center

New export files

Three new export files have also been added to BI Export:
  • Email – Contains information about emails created in Design Studio.
  • Sendout – Contains information about sendouts created and managed in Design Studio.
  • MarketingGroup – Contains information about Marketing Groups used to segment contacts by market.
These files enable BI teams to analyze campaign structure, market distribution, and cross-market performance for customers using Design Studio.
